You’ll need to assign employees to subjects once they’ve been created, including multiple employees to one subject if necessary. To do this, access:
Menu > Academics > Timetable > Work Allotment
- Click on the particular year you want.
- Click employee allocation next to the class you want. If no subjects have been assigned, it will say no subjects allocated underneath the allocation status.
- Click assign next to the subject you want and then select the right department to find your employee.
- Click assign next to your employee’s name.
Once you have allocated working hours to an employee, it should say completely associated by the class name instead.
