Scheduling, Editing or Deleting Student Fee Collections

Finance > Fees > Schedule Fee Collection Dates > Create Fee Collection 

What does that mean?: A student fee collection is scheduled on a fee category that you’ve created.

The fee category defines the batches the fee collection will apply to.

Below you can see how it can done.

  1. Make a selection from the drop-downs
  2. Type a name as can be seen in the exemplary image
  3. Choose the start and end date
  4. Decide the due date
  5. Select a batch on the right hand side
  6. Click create

Remain on the Finance module – Fees > Schedule Fee Collection Dates > View

  • The following is to edit or delete
  • Select a batch. Created fee collections are displayed.
  • Once you have made the necessary changes – save!
