Finance > Fees > Schedule Fee Collection Dates > Create Fee Collection
What does that mean?: A student fee collection is scheduled on a fee category that you’ve created.
The fee category defines the batches the fee collection will apply to.
Below you can see how it can done.
- Make a selection from the drop-downs
- Type a name as can be seen in the exemplary image
- Choose the start and end date
- Decide the due date
- Select a batch on the right hand side
- Click create
Remain on the Finance module – Fees > Schedule Fee Collection Dates > View
- The following is to edit or delete
- Select a batch. Created fee collections are displayed.
- Once you have made the necessary changes – save!
