Create Year / Class :
To add a new Year/course in Raising Foundation, you must either be an administrator or a privileged employee (Manage year/class privilege must be provided).
Establishment type in Raising Foundation are of two types, they are Higher Education and Primary/Secondary.
At the top of your dashboard, click on the Menu icon > Administration > Settings > Manage Year/class > Manage year to open the page.
In the top right, click the option New to create a new course.
Some of the commonly used naming conventions that can be followed according to the structure of your School are as given below:
Initial class details
Name : ( initial of the class teacher or A, B, C)
Select an academic year for linking exam groups
Select the Enable elective selection checkbox to allow students to select elective subjects for this course.
Once you have finished completing the fields, click Save.

Edit Year :
At the top of your dashboard, click the Menu icon > Administration > Settings > Manage Year/class > Manage year to open the page.
Click Edit/ Delete beside the year you want to make changes to.
