Create Payroll Group

The payroll groups define the payroll structure of an employee, based on the payroll categories in the group. Sometimes a single payroll schedule may not fit the requirements of an institution. You can create different payroll groups, which will group employees who have a common payroll structure, payment frequency and LOP calculation method together. Each created payroll group must be processed separately. They can be found by visiting:

Menu > Human Resource >  Payroll and Payslip Management > Payroll Groups

  1. Click Create payroll group.
  2. Fil out the applicable fields.
  3. Now click create.
