If you’re an admin or privileged employee, you can search for a user at any time. This could be to add any missing information, assign certain privileges or change their password.
If you know the user’s name, you can simply enter in the search bar and select either search as student or search as employee. Otherwise, you can access:
Menu > Administration > User
- You will still have the option to search for the user by their name.
- Or you can now search for them by their type, which could be their department or class for example.
To set up a user, you’ll either want to visit Settings for Student Admission or Settings for Employee Admission.
