Check Leave Request Status and Edit or Delete Marked Absence for an Employee

Make sure you’re logged in as an employee and visit:

Menu > Academics > Leaves > My Leaves

All your leave applications that were submitted after the last Leave Reset date will be displayed along with its status (Pending, Approved, or Denied).

If  you’re logged in as the employee’s manager, you can edit or delete their marked absence by going to:

Menu Administration > Human Resource > Employee Leave Management > Attendance Register.

  1.  Select the department.
  2. Select the date the employee was marked absent.
  3. Make the changes to the leave.
  4. Click the Submit button.

OR

  • Click the Delete button to delete the marked attendance. Once deleted, the employee will be considered present for that particular day and the leave count will be updated for the employee.
