The administrator or a privileged employee (Manage Users privilege is required) can change the password for a user’s account. They may have forgotten their password and therefore will need it reset.
You’ll need to search for your user again, by clicking
Menu > Administration > User
Search for the user.
When you find the user, click on their name. You’ll see the basic details of their user profile.
Click the Change password button. Now you can enter a new password and click Update.
