Once you have admitted a student to your school, you can assign subjects to them. You can do this when you are entering details into the required fields, by going to:
Menu > Administration > Settings > Manage Subjects > Subjects Center > Link Classes
Please note that it is best to create a timetable and classes first before assigning subjects. You’ll also want to ensure that you have created subjects for the year your class is in, otherwise you will be met with an error message.
- Select your year from the drop-down menu.
- Select the subject you want, which should say Not allocated.
- You should see the classes and you can click the Assign checkbox.
- Now click save.
Your allocation status should now say either Completely or Partially allocated, depending on whether you assigned the subject to one or more classes.
