Add, Edit or Delete an Asset under Asset Liability Management

An asset is an item owned by the institution. For example, land, buildings, equipment. To add one into Asset Liability, go to:

Menu > Administration > Finance > Asset Liability Management > Asset

  1. Click Create.
  2. Enter a name.
  3. Enter a short description.
  4. Enter the value in amount.
  5. Click save.

If you stay on the Assets page, you can easily select the asset you want to change and amend the details. You can also click delete to remove.
