Add Additional Fields for Donors and Inactivate or Delete Custom Fields

Through Finance, go to the Donations page

  1. In the top right, click the Additional Fields button.

  1. fill in the name field
  2. choose status
  3. select is mandatory (optional)
  4. select input method
  5. click create

  • It is entirely your choice, whether you would like to have your details shown or hidden, so choose ‘yes’ or ‘no’

Once you have completed this section, click Add

  1. Choose status Active or Inactive when creating, for it to be in a category, as you can see from the image above
  2. If you wish to make changes – select edit
  3. Or if you would like to remove select delete
